Reading the journal
You do not need an account or an email subscription to read our articles. Our hosting provider, Namecheap EasyWP, processes technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and browser requests. The website also remembers choices such as your display theme and cookie preferences.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, reading activity and outbound links clicked. Analytics may process browser identifiers, device and browser information, referring websites and approximate location. These measurements help us understand which articles and channels readers use. They are not a medical profile. Do not put personal or health information into website URLs or search queries.
Google Analytics is blocked until you accept statistics cookies. Choose Deny to read without optional analytics, or use Manage consent to change your choice. Emails and links to Gotham Compounds
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information. Links to the Gotham Compounds launch page take you to a separate website. Its launch-notification form uses Brevo and requires email confirmation; its privacy notice explains that processing. Reading this journal or clicking a link does not subscribe you.
Your choices and requests
